‘Hacktivist’ supporters of WikiLeaks are lining up further targets, despite their own website being pulled down.
The group of web activists – AnonOps – has been waging a cyber war of revenge called Operation Payback.
In the early hours of this morning the group posted on Twitter saying: “Yes, our website is down. Cowardly DNS providers wouldn’t accept Anonymous’s MasterCard.”
The group is also setting its sights on its next victim, BP declaring: “Anonymous is coming for you, @BPGlobalPR. WikiLeaks knows what you have done. They reveal, we retaliate.”
