Pics from Rihanna’s Show: All About Police State and Transhumanism

Here are some pics taken from Rihanna’s concert in Montreal, Canada on August 7th. The themes that have been described in the article The Transhumanist and Police State Agenda were present in full force and then some.
Privatizing the Police-State: The Case of Poland
Rihanna sitting on the cannon of a tank wearing a Mickey Mouse hat was described in The Transhumanist and Police State Agenda  as a very symbolic scene in the video titled Hard. The importance of that symbol seem to have been reckognized as Rihanna re-enacts it in all of her shows. Sitting on a phallic cannon, Rihanna wears a Mickey Mouse hat which symbolizes mind control.

Cop Will Not Face Charges in Ian Tomlinson Death

The police officer caught on video during last year’s G20 protests striking a man who later died will not face criminal charges, the Crown Prosecution Service announced today.

Keir Starmer, the director of public prosecutions, said there was “no realistic prospect” of a conviction, because of a conflict between the postmortem examinations carried out after the death of Ian Tomlinson last year.
The newspaper seller died following the demonstrations on 1 April 2009 in central London. The official account that he died from a heart attack was undermined when the Guardian obtained video footage showing a riot officer striking the 47-year-old with a baton and shoving him to the ground shortly before he collapsed and died.

Growing Number of Prosecutions for Videotaping the Police

That Anthony Graber broke the law in early March is indisputable. He raced his Honda motorcycle down Interstate 95 in Maryland at 80 mph, popping a wheelie, roaring past cars and swerving across traffic lanes.
But it wasn’t his daredevil stunt that has the 25-year-old staff sergeant for the Maryland Air National Guard facing the possibility of 16 years in prison. For that, he was issued a speeding ticket. It was the video that Graber posted on YouTube one week later — taken with his helmet camera — of a plainclothes state trooper cutting him off and drawing a gun during the traffic stop near Baltimore.
In early April, state police officers raided Graber’s parents’ home in Abingdon, Md. They confiscated his camera, computers and external hard drives. Graber was indicted for allegedly violating state wiretap laws by recording the trooper without his consent.

Arrests such as Graber’s are becoming more common along with the proliferation of portable video cameras and cell-phone recorders. Videos of alleged police misconduct have become hot items on the Internet. YouTube still features Graber’s encounter along with numerous other witness videos. “The message is clearly, ‘Don’t criticize the police,’” said David Rocah, an attorney for the American Civil Liberties Union of Maryland who is part of Graber’s defense team. “With these charges, anyone who would even think to record the police is now justifiably in fear that they will also be criminally charged.”

Fight That Police Ticket

Speed cameras in California, Florida and Australia are not living up to their image of providing infallible evidence of traffic crimes. To the contrary, officials must find clever excuses to cover for the mistakes that are uncovered with increasing frequency.
In Hallandale, Florida, the private firm American Traffic Solutions mailed a $125 ticket to Phil Kodroff accusing his car of “running a red light” at the intersection of Federal Highway and Hallandale Beach Boulevard on May 22. The Fort Lauderdale Sun Sentinel reported that Kodroff’s vehicle committed this crime at the speed of 0 MPH.
To explain the lack of speed noted on Kodroff’s ticket, Hallandale Beach police spokesman Dwayne Flournoy told the Sun Sentinel, “Zero doesn’t mean zero.”
A motorist in Capitola, California received a red light camera ticket after his car stopped and made a legal turn from 41st Avenue onto Clares Street, the Santa Cruz Sentinel reported. Police once again struggled to come up with an explanation.

NY Gov. Paterson To Sign Legislation Changing NYPD's Stop And Frisk

While Police Commissioner Kelly & Mayor Bloomberg are AIMING for a POLICESTATE in NYC!!!
NY1 has learned Governor David Paterson will sign a bill making major changes to the New York City Police Department’s so-called stop and frisk database.
The new law will prevent police from keeping a database of names and descriptions of people who are stopped but not charged with a crime.
Under the law, police will no longer be able to compile a list of people they stop and frisk that fit the description in a recent crime if there are no supporting witnesses.
State lawmakers who pushed the bill through say the current stop-and-frisk practices are unfair because police are far more likely to stop young black and Hispanic men than any other group.
Civil rights advocates had criticized the current law because they say it violates privacy.
Mayor Michael Bloomberg and Police Commissioner Ray Kelly were among the most vocal opponents of the legislation, urging the governor to veto it.
"It has proven to be very valuable, as far as our ability to do investigations," said the police commissioner. "I think if that ability is taken away from us it will be a significant blow and may very well result in crime going up. That's the reality. When you're down 6,000 police officers from where you were in 2001, you need every tool in the tool box."
New Yorkers had mixed opinions over the effectiveness of the legislation.
"It has two sides I guess. If it really is helping solve crimes, I guess it makes me feel safer," said one city resident. "But if they are innocent people, they haven't done anything, I think it's unfair to them."
"It's so complicated," said another. "In a way, it doesn't make sense to save the information. But then, what if it could have helped somebody out? I don't know."
NY1 will carry the signing live at 10 a.m.

Video: Woman Reports Prowler, Gets Repeatedly Tased By Cops

Two Georgia cops have lost their jobs after a video emerged of them macing and tasing a 57 year old woman who simply called to report a prowler outside her house.
Janice Wells of Richland says she feared someone was lurking outside her home on April 26 so she called the police.
What happened next was caught on the dashboard camera of the one of the police cars that arrived on the scene.
The video shows Ryan Smith of the Lumpkin Police Department and Tim Murphy of Richland Police Department attempting to force Wells into a cruiser by spraying her with mace and repeatedly shocking her with a stun gun.
As Wells screams “Don’t do that! Don’t do that!” the zapping noise of the taser can be heard over and over as one of the cops yells in a robotic fashion “get in the car, get in the car, get in the car”.
As Wells sobs and splutters “I didn’t do nuthin’” the cop shouts “you gonna get it again, you gonna get it again” before blasting her with another round of 50 thousand volts.
Eventually a neighbour emerges to calm the situation and a petrified Wells is finally placed in the squad car.
Watch the video:

Officer Smith has resigned and officer Murphy was fired. Wells is taking legal action.

This is yet another example of how Tasers are nothing more than 21st century cattle prods for roid-head coward cops who are trained that the American people are their enemy.

The Taser is not a tool of law enforcement, it is a torture device employed to make the scum public follow orders given by their jackbooted masters.

Police have become so accustomed to employing tasers during routine calls that they now use them on people asking for their help and even on bed ridden grandmas and elderly women who pose no threat whatsoever.

National Guard and Cops Impose Military Police State in New York State

The National Guard is currently working with police in Albany, New York, to confiscate weapons from citizens in violation of the Constitution and Posse Comitatus.
The National Guard is a joint reserve component of the United States Army and as such prohibited from collaborating with state and local law enforcement except under circumstances expressly authorized by the Constitution or an act of Congress. Posse Comitatus was seriously undermined when Congress passed the John Warner National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2007. The Warner bill allows the president to “employ the armed forces… to… restore public order and enforce the laws of the United States when, as a result of a natural disaster, epidemic, or other serious public health emergency, terrorist attack or incident, or other condition.”

In New York state, the “other condition” allowing the military to violate the rights of citizens is the bogus “war on drugs.” As the video here reveals, the cops and National Guard are using the spurious drug war to search for and confiscate weapons in violation of the Second Amendment. Local cops are using x-ray technology provided by the Pentagon to search vehicles. In addition to images of pot plants, Fox 23 shows an image of an x-ray scan that reveals a rifle hidden inside a car.

During Hurricane Katrina, the military and government concentrated on going house-to-house to confiscate legal weapons while preventing assistance to reach thousands of people displaced by the storm. In the wake of this egregious violation of the Second Amendment, many states worked to pass laws designed to prevent government from seizing weapons. “The actions of the New Orleans police have inspired 13 states, including Louisiana, to enact laws to keep state and local officials from taking guns during a state of emergency, such as after a natural disaster or terrorist attack,” Stateline.org reported in 2007.

The federal government has worked for more than two decades to federalize and militarize local law enforcement and deploy troops under a number of bogus pretenses subsequently justified and even shamelessly glorified by the corporate media.

“Do we want, as a free people, with the notion of privacy enshrined in the Constitution and based on the very clear limits and defined role of government, to be in a society where not just the police, but the military are on the street corners gathering intelligence on citizens, sharing that data, manipulating that data?” asked former Rep. Bob Barr in 2005.

Since Barr made his comment, the Pentagon under NORTHCOM has integrated with local police and has consistently violated Posse Comitatus. The Department of Homeland Security has also facilitated the militarization of law enforcement.

NORTHCOM has planned for “low end” scenarios — including crowd-control missions — since at least 2005. “The plans present the Pentagon with a clearer idea of the kinds and numbers of troops and the training that may be required to build a more credible homeland defense force,” the Washington Post reported on August 8, 2010. As Fox reports, this mission now includes searching cars with dangerous x-ray machines.
“We have been inundated with reports over the last few weeks of uniformed soldiers and National Guardsmen running internal checkpoints all over the country as a frightening ‘Red Dawn’ scenario unfolds not with a bang but with a whimper,” Paul Jospeh Watson wrote on September 23, 2009. “The military are now being called upon to undertake roles normally designated to police as Americans are incrementally acclimated to accept the presence of troops on the streets as an everyday occurrence.”

In addition to numerous instances of the military working hand-in-hand with police around the country — from checkpoints to patrolling public events like the Boston Marathon and the Kentucky Derby — the military has concentrated on training soldiers to take on demonized militias and gun owners.

On July 3, 2009, Infowars.com reported on the Missouri National Guard is training to engage in combat with “militia” groups. News of the training mission followed the release of a leaked DHS report on “rightwing extremism” by four months.

Cops in New York working with the Pentagon in violation of Posse Comitatus is not about marijuana and the so-called drug war. It is about searching for weapons and intimidating the American people. As the economy deteriorates the police and military will attempt to disarm the American people.

In 2008, a report by the U.S. Army War College spelled out how the Pentagon plans to respond to civil unrest as the economy implodes. “Widespread civil violence inside the United States would force the defense establishment to reorient priorities in extremis to defend basic domestic order and human security,” explains the War College report. International Monetary Fund Managing Director Dominique Strauss-Kahn also predicted economy-related riots and unrest in response to the engineered Greatest Depression now unfolding.

The integration of police and military has taken a sizable leap with the activities in Albany, New York. In the weeks and months ahead, as the economy further crumbles, we can expect more brazen efforts to impose a militarized police state, not only in New York but around the country.

Social Scare: Cops take kids away in ‘forced adoption’ racket

With 10,000 children in care of the UK government, taking kids from their parents is seen as a last resort. But some British families have been torn apart by social workers who remove children over minor domestic issues.

NYC Cop Beats War Veteran Senseless

The video taken from security cameras shows the 45-year-old housing cop beating an Iraq war veteran with is baton.
It happened at an Upper West Side public housing development. The victim, 28-year-old Walter Harvin had just returned from Iraq and was at his mom’s apartment complex.

The video is high quality and crystal clear that Housing Officer David London led an unprovoke attack on the Iraqi war veteran. Even beating the ex-soldier after he’s cuffed.

The officer is charged with 2nd degree assault and filing false records. Prosecutors say London tried to cover-up the July 2007 assault by lying on official documents.Right now the Manhattan criminal jury is tackling the question on whether London committed an act of police brutality or used necessary force to subdue a suspect.

The Iraq veteran suffers from PTSD. If the officer is convicted, he faces 7 years in prison.

Woman arrested for recording deputy

St. Mary’s sheriff’s deputies responding to a noise complaint last weekend at a Lexington Park neighborhood report that they seized a woman’s cell phone and charged her with illegally recording a conversation.
Yvonne Nicole Shaw, 27, was taken to the St. Mary’s jail after her arrest shortly after midnight Saturday at Colony Square, and a court commissioner ordered that she be released on personal recognizance.
Sheriff’s Cpl. Patrick Handy wrote in a statement of probable cause that he was talking to people in the neighborhood when he and another deputy spotted Shaw standing about 12 feet away and holding her cell phone “in a manner suggesting she was recording our activity.”
Handy seized the cell phone, reviewed its camcorder content and “could hear my voice and the voices of the other subjects I was talking to,” the officer wrote in the charging papers, and he questioned Shaw.

Police use iPhone app that can identify a suspect by taking a photo of their face

Police in the US are using an iPhone app to take photos of suspects and instantly compares them with a criminal database.
The app employs biometric information such as facial recognition software to help police identify suspects within seconds.
Known as MORIS (Mobile Offender Recognition and Identification System), the system lets police officers take a photo of a suspect, upload it into a secure network where it is then analysed.
Police test out the MORIS system which will be used to identify suspects using the iPhone

Cop Punches 17 Year Old Girl in Face, Girl Charged with Assaulting Cop

Obviously, the two girls in the video were resisting arrest. But the cop felt threatened by the teenage girl, so he popped her one in the face. The following is yet another example why cops want to outlaw cell phone videos. They just make them look bad.

Open carry advocates say police violated rights

To Rob Harris, his Smith and Wesson Sigma 9mm handgun might as well be a pair of Nikes.
The 36-year-old Eastpointe resident said strapping a holster and handgun to his waist is simply a part of his routine.
“I open-carry everywhere I go,” he said. “It is like putting on a pair of shoes to me. We have the right to protect ourselves. … I feel it is a deterrent to crime.”
But Harris’ habit of carrying a firearm led to a confrontation last week with Marysville police officers, who stopped him and his friend, Scott Webb, as they walked near a city park during Marysville Days. Webb carries a Smith and Wesson M&P .40-caliber handgun.

Are Cameras the New Guns?

In response to a flood of Facebook and YouTube videos that depict police abuse, a new trend in law enforcement is gaining popularity. In at least three states, it is now illegal to record any on-duty police officer.
Even if the encounter involves you and may be necessary to your defense, and even if the recording is on a public street where no expectation of privacy exists.
The legal justification for arresting the “shooter” rests on existing wiretapping or eavesdropping laws, with statutes against obstructing law enforcement sometimes cited. Illinois, Massachusetts, and Maryland are among the 12 states in which all parties must consent for a recording to be legal unless, as with TV news crews, it is obvious to all that recording is underway. Since the police do not consent, the camera-wielder can be arrested. Most all-party-consent states also include an exception for recording in public places where “no expectation of privacy exists” (Illinois does not) but in practice this exception is not being recognized.
Massachusetts attorney June Jensen represented Simon Glik who was arrested for such a recording. She explained, “[T]he statute has been misconstrued by Boston police. You could go to the Boston Common and snap pictures and record if you want.” Legal scholar and professor Jonathan Turley agrees, “The police are basing this claim on a ridiculous reading of the two-party consent surveillance law – requiring all parties to consent to being taped. I have written in the area of surveillance law and can say that this is utter nonsense.”
The courts, however, disagree. A few weeks ago, an Illinois judge rejected a motion to dismiss an eavesdropping charge against Christopher Drew, who recorded his own arrest for selling one-dollar artwork on the streets of Chicago. Although the misdemeanor charges of not having a peddler’s license and peddling in a prohibited area were dropped, Drew is being prosecuted for illegal recording, a Class I felony punishable by 4 to 15 years in prison.
In 2001, when Michael Hyde was arrested for criminally violating the state’s electronic surveillance law – aka recording a police encounter – the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court upheld his conviction 4-2. In dissent, Chief Justice Margaret Marshall stated, “Citizens have a particularly important role to play when the official conduct at issue is that of the police. Their role cannot be performed if citizens must fear criminal reprisals….” (Note: In some states it is the audio alone that makes the recording illegal.)

Forth Worth Cops May Get Testosterone Adjustment

FORT WORTH — Sex drive. Mental focus. Energy.

All were topics of discussion at a recent voluntary Wellness Seminar for Fort Worth police officers. Chief Jeffrey Halstead called the meeting to share his testimony about testosterone.

He said he didn’t have enough, and hit rock bottom, until he was treated with hormone therapy.

Halstead said he believes some of his officers may be better officers with a hormone adjustment. But is the product he’s sharing safe?

State Law Allows Police Acting as Teachers to Taser School Children

As the School Administrative District (SAD) #20 school board for Fort Fairfield schools considers a proposal to allow Fort Fairfield Police officers to function as teachers in Fort Fairfield schools, fears parents have of Taser use on their children may require more serious thought.
A Taser is a gun-type object that electrocutes its victims with a 50,000 volt electric shock, rendering them temporarily incapacitated and in some cases has caused death. Police across the United States have been abusing their Tasers as if they were nothing more than fancy cattle prods to coerce and intimidate the citizenry they serve.
As cited in last edition of the Fort Fairfield Journal, Maine Revised Statutes, Title 17-A, section 106 states a teacher is justified to use a “reasonable degree of non-deadly force against any such person who creates a disturbance when and to the extent that the teacher or other entrusted person reasonably believes it necessary to control the disturbing behavior.” That section of law defines “reasonable degree of force” as “the physical force applied to the child which may result in no more than transient discomfort or minor temporary marks.”
Since a Taser, most of the time, only creates a devastating shock, it is classified as “non-deadly” force and does not result in more than transient discomfort or minor temporary marks, thereby making it a justified means of punishment or coercion under Maine Law.

Maryland Citizens Face Felony Charges for Recording Cops

In Maryland, it is a felony to record thuggish cops as they push around skateboarding teenagers, beat sports patrons, and pull guns on motorists for speeding. “Several Marylanders face felony charges for recording their arrests on camera, and others have been intimidated to shut their cameras off,” reports WJZ 23 in Baltimore.
Maryland cops are using a Maryland law that states conversations in private cannot be recorded without the consent of both people involved in order to go about their business of harassing, intimidating, and assaulting citizens.
It is legal according to Maryland’s attorney general for cops to videotape citizens with dashcams but illegal for citizens to do the same.
State authorities are upset after a video appeared on the internet showing the merciless beating of a university student by thug cops at the University of Maryland in April.
In 2009, a video surfaced showing a Baltimore cop pushing around and verbally assaulting a teenager. Numerous videos in other states show cops beating and even murdering citizens.

TSA screener accused of stealing from handicapped woman at Newark Airport

Leroy Ray found the money, authorities say. They just contend it was never actually lost.
Ray, a federal security screener at Newark Liberty International Airport, pocketed an envelope of cash while searching the purse of a handicapped woman, and later tried to cover it up by putting the money in the lost and found, federal officials said Tuesday.
Ray, 44, of Newark, was charged with theft and making false statements to investigators in connection with the Feb. 3 incident at a Terminal C checkpoint. He has been suspended by the Transportation Security Administration, which employed him as a screener since August 2002.
Ray’s attempt to steal the envelope containing $300, as well as $195 from a zippered pocket, was caught on video, authorities allege. They say the footage shows the woman approach Ray’s security lane in a wheelchair and push her purse through an X-ray machine.

7-year-old girl killed in Detroit police raid

Police in Detroit, Michigan, on Sunday expressed “profound sorrow” at the fatal shooting of a 7-year-old girl in a police raid.
Aiyana Jones was shot and killed by police executing a search warrant as part of a homicide investigation, Assistant Chief Ralph Godbee said in a statement.
“This is any parent’s worst nightmare,” Godbee said. “It also is any police officer’s worst nightmare. And today, it is all too real.”
The warrant was executed about 12:40 a.m. ET Sunday at a home on the city’s east side, Godbee said. Authorities believed the suspect in the Friday shooting death of 17-year-old high school student Jarean Blake was hiding out at the home. Blake was gunned down in front of a store as his girlfriend watched, Godbee said.
Preliminary information indicates that members of the Detroit Police Special Response Team approached the house and announced themselves as police, Godbee said, citing the officers and at least one independent witness.
