Over A Million Americans Stopped On Streets By Cops

Over one million innocent Americans per year are now stopped on the streets all over the country by police using the practice of ”stop and frisk”.

Freedom advocates have pointed out that the practice fails to deter crime and encourages racist profiling.

Most of those that are stopped are black or Hispanic.
