Bailiff shoots man during Detroit eviction

 A 41-year-old man was shot and killed by a Wayne County Sheriff’s bailiff during an eviction, police said.
The victim’s name hasn’t been released. The shooting was about 10:30 a.m. in the 15000 block of Tacoma, police spokeswoman Yvette Walker said.
Police said the bailiff was executing a search warrant for an eviction of squatters in the home, which was supposed to be abandoned.
“While he was in the home, the suspect jumped out at him,” Walker said.
The incident is still under investigation.
